A function, a market or a kind of venture. A sentence or two is enough.
We contact you once, when applications open.

What it is.

Fellows learn how a business actually works, then take responsibility inside one. The work spans operations, product, growth and strategy, with an operator accountable for their development throughout.

  • Six months, full-time commitment.
  • Real ventures, real deliverables, real consequences.
  • Free to fellows; the cost is discipline and work ethic.
  • Strong performers may continue into venture work or ecosystem roles.

What it is not.

  • Not a course.
  • Not an internship.
  • Not theory with a certificate.
  • Not a guaranteed job.
  • Not a passive programme.

Outcomes vary by fellow and by venture. We do not publish placement rates we cannot evidence.

The six months.

  1. 01

    Foundation & business immersion

How businesses work: customers, product, money, operations and people.

  2. 02

    Apprenticeship & shadowing

Working next to operators on live problems, with feedback every week.

  3. 03

    Venture assignment & execution

A function inside a venture, owned end to end and judged on results.

  4. 04

    Venture leadership & performance

For those ready: a continuing operating or leadership role in a venture.

Selection.

Every stage is a real filter. We would rather run a small cohort than a full one.

  1. Step 01

    Recommendation

Someone credible puts your name forward.

  2. Step 02

    Application

Your background, motivation and what you want to run.

  3. Step 03

    Evaluation

Aptitude and reasoning, plus a recorded interview.

  4. Step 04

    Final interview

A conversation with the operators you would work beside.

Know someone who should be in the next cohort?

Most of our strongest fellows arrived through a recommendation from someone who had seen them work.
