Introducing: Afrifounders Venture Fellowship (Cohort 1)
A highly selective program designed to train and deploy the next generation of venture leaders and founders.
This is not a course.
This is not an internship.
This is not theory.
Think of it as a Mini MBA, but instead of classrooms, you run real businesses.
What This Program Offers
Over 6 months, selected fellows will:
Learn how businesses actually work
Work closely with the Afrifounders team and partners
Be assigned to real ventures within the ecosystem
Take on real responsibilities across operations, product, growth, and strategy
Gain hands-on experience building and scaling businesses
This is a practical, execution-focused program designed for real growth.

We are selecting a small number of individuals who are:
Highly driven and disciplined
Fast learners with strong problem-solving ability

Committed to growth and excellence
Serious about building meaningful ventures

Program Structure
6 months intensive fellowship
Full time commitment (Monday to Friday)
Real venture assignments
Stipend during the training phase
Salary when fellows begin active venture work
