How to Request Data Deletion

If you want your personal data or connected social media account data deleted from Afrifounders or AFSocial, send an email to:

support@afrifounders.com

Use the subject:

Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The service or app you used
  • The social media account or Page connected, if applicable
  • The specific data you want deleted

What We Will Delete

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise:

  • Your account information
  • Connected social media account records
  • Stored social media access tokens
  • Publishing logs linked to your account where deletion is allowed
  • Uploaded or scheduled content linked to your account

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.

Removing AFSocial from Meta

If you connected AFSocial with Facebook or Instagram, you may also remove the app from your Meta account settings.

After removal, you may still email us to request deletion of related data stored on our systems.

Processing Time

We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time and may contact you to verify your identity before completing the request.
