5. Social Media Connections

When you connect a social media account to AFSocial, you confirm that:

  • You own or are authorised to manage the connected account
  • You grant AFSocial permission to perform actions you choose, such as publishing or scheduling content
  • You will comply with the rules and policies of the connected social media platform

AFSocial does not guarantee that any third party platform will approve, publish, retain, or display your content.

Third party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, rules, pricing, or availability at any time.

6. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through our services.

By using our services, you grant Afrifounders a limited permission to process, store, display, and transmit your content only as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

  • Does not violate any law
  • Does not infringe intellectual property rights
  • Does not contain harmful, misleading, or unlawful material
  • Complies with the rules of any connected social media platform

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If a service requires payment, pricing, billing cycle, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms will be provided separately or within the relevant product.

Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid may be non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Third Party Services

Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Afrifounders is not responsible for third party platform downtime, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, approval delays, or rejected content.

All Afrifounders names, logos, product names, website content, platform design, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by Afrifounders or licensed to Afrifounders, unless otherwise stated.
